About
My name is Ericka — but you can call me Akiba. From the time I was young, I was asking the big questions: Why was I born? What is my purpose? The answers didn't arrive all at once. They came through time, tears, confusion, and years of academic, professional, and spiritual experiences.
What I discovered is that purpose isn't a destination — it's something that unfolds. And once it starts making sense, you need more than motivation. You need tools. Systems. A real framework.
I am a 24-year-old Black African woman, building something in a world that wasn't designed with me in mind. MWA Consulting exists because I've learned how to be at peace with who I am right now — and still pursue who I am called to become. I built systems that worked for me, helped my closest friends navigate their own journeys, and recognized a pattern worth sharing with the world.
